Orders & Delivery

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us. When your order has been packed and is ready to send you will receive another email with tracking details.

We aim to process order within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed, during busy periods it may take a little longer but we try and get all orders out as quickly as possible!

We ship using DHL express, we find DHL express to be the fastest, most reliable, and safest courier company. Delivery to urban areas can take 2-4 days. If you live in a rural area deliveries may take longer, and in some instances they are passed to Australian post for delivery.

Yes, once your order has been packed and is ready to send you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking details will update once your order has been collected by the courier.

If you need to change an order or delivery details please email us at info@little-belle.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been collected by the courier we are not able to redirect it and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! We will gladly exchange or refund products in their original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

We will process your refund as soon as the product being returned is received back to us, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment but due to bank processes it may take 5-10 days to show in your account.

Sorry you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact us via email info@little-belle.com with an explaination or picture of the faulty item and your order number.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. The delivery fee is non-refundable for returns.

Product Information

Absolutely! Our nightlights are made with our littlest customers in mind. Our bulbs are custom made and use low wattage LED bulbs that do not heat so are always safe to touch. Our nightlights are safety tested for photobiological risk and are exempt from Blue light, UV, and infrared radiation so do not upset important sleep patterns. The material used in our bulbs and fittings are also fire retardant.

A kids nightlight is a nursery and bedroom staple from birth and beyond. You can be assured that sending your baby to sleep with the red light setting of a little belle elfin lightorunicorn nightlight will not interfere with your babies sleep. Using a red based light has a much higher wavelength than white/blue/green light, which research shows does not inhibit melatonin.  The red light is also much loved by parents with middle of the night nappy changes and feeds.

We make high quality porcealin keepsake products. These are made in small batch runs and are often limited edition pieces. We suggest signing up to our mailing list to be notified for details of new releases.

If a product is showing as out of stock and still listed on the website we will be making more! Unfortunately we are not able to tell you when stock will be available but if you sign up to the mailing list via the website we can let you know as soon as they are available.

All our lights are covered by a 12 month warranty

We can provide replacement light packs for some of our lights at a cost. Please email us with the details of your order, or an image of the base of your light, and we will provide more information
